How it works....
You can refer anywhere in the United States
You can refer almost anyone, anywhere! You can refer friends to other states, or you can be in another state yourself and make a referral with a phone call.
- You must hold a current real estate license in New Jersey. UNITED Referral Group members work in a referring capacity only.
- When you know someone interested in buying or selling real estate, you can offer to refer them to an agent. Contact your chosen agent to verify their willingness to work with your referral. Using our form (or a similar one), fill out the information and send the form to your agent for their agreement and signature then return to UNITED Referral Group.
- Upon closing the transaction, the agent's firm will send UNITED Referral group the referral commission. The check is deposited in our account and then your split will be sent to you.
Referral Fee example
REFERRAL FEE EXAMPLE:
You refer a client that buys a home for $400,000. The commission on the house is 6% which is 3% for the listing and 3% for the sale. You referred the buyer, so you have a portion of the 3% sale commission.
$400,000 sales price x 3% = $12,000 (total sale side of commission)
The referral fee agreement that was made here was 30%. So 30% of $12,000 = $3,600. That is your commission if you chose the 100% Plan
